Handling your frame with care will help it last for many years to come.

Place your frame out of direct sunlight

This step will help the colours of your pressed flowers remain vibrant and beautiful. This also helps the design from forming any unwanted blemishes.

Avoid placing the frame in areas with high humidity

Rooms that are likely to get very humid, such as the bathroom, are not ideal environments for your frame. The humidity may lead to mold which will ruin the pressed flowers. Your frame will thrive best in dry and cool environments!

Refrain from opening your frame

Our designs are finalized in a particular way, so we recommend not opening the frames (i.e. separating the glass). By separating the glass, your design could get damaged.

If there is an issue with the design after it has been finalized, please get in touch with us. We are happy to look into the issue and see how we can help. Please note, we are not obligated to provide design revisions if a frame has been opened after purchase.

Keeping the frame sparkly clean

Your frame will naturally collect dust, so we recommend using a dry microfibre cloth to wipe it down. You can couple this with a few light sprays of eyeglasses cleaner to achieve that brilliant shine.
